Kitesurf Conditions:

» wind direction sideshore to side onshore from south east to east

» small chopp and wind waves at low tide

» medium chopp and moderate beachbreak at high tide

» few space for kite storage at the beach at high tide

» falt water in the rivermouth at low tide

» small windwaves in the rivermouth with medium pointbreak at the sandbar

Location /Village:

» small rustic village located directly at the river with mangroves

» basic and simple infrastructure

» few barrachas

» no accomodation

Road Map / how to come:

coming from the east (Fortaleza) just stay on the CE 085 until the sign to Icarai di Amontada. also coming from the west (Prea) just arrive at the roundabout and go on to Icarai di Amontada. arriving there take the exit to the left - Moitas.
