very shallow and a long walk to the water at low tide.

Kitesurf Conditions:

» wind direction sideshore to side onshore from south east to east

» very extended beach at low tide

» shallow and flat at low tide conditions in the rivermouth upwind

» small windwaves to medium chopp at high tide

Location / Village:

» some native barrachas

» very basic accomodation

» no shops and markets

Road Map / how to come:

travelling along the CE - 085 head in the village center if Acarau. From there take the asphalt road (close to the church) heading towards the sea. at the end of the asphalt road head left on the dirt road towards the beach.

Arpoeiras is considered the village beach of Acarau. during weekends there is some movement but not extraordinary.
